Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the plushie in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it stays protected during its journey back to us.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
